Queue etiquette reigns supreme

Sir, I enjoy Hanover Square and this week’s subject was close to my heart (Ludgate, 26.08.11). In January 1970 I launched Lonsto, the UK innovator of queue management systems, where you take a ticket, your ticket number is displayed and you wait your turn to be served.
