The winner of the essay competition will be revealed at a breakfast at the Institute of Directors in London on 27 November. The essay award is open to anyone under 30 and must be 1,200 words or fewer. The essay titles are:
- What does the free agent workforce mean for real estate?
- What is the effective life of an office building?
- Who is the best corporate real estate executive: “in house” or “outsourced”?
There are also two runners-up prizes of £250.
