€10bn of assets expected to flood European market due to fund closures

Leading European closed end non-listed real estate funds are set to release up to €10.4bn (£8.9bn) of assets into the market over the next two years, according to new research.

The INREV Funds Termination Study 2021 reveals that 35 European closed end non-listed real estate funds are due to terminate between 2021 and 2023.
