Arc & Co lends £12m on Isleworth residential scheme

ME Developments and Octopus Real Estate development in Isleworth, London

Arc & Co has completed a £12m development loan with ME Developments and Octopus Real Estate to help fund a housing development in Isleworth, London, Property Week can reveal.

The development, which is opposite Isleworth Station and the first major residential development in the area for 2 years, will provide more than 1,000 houses and apartments with a gross development value of more than £400m.
