Atrium posts robust half-year figures

Atrium European Real Estate has posted a 3% rise in net rental income (NRI) for the first six months of 2018, sparking a 1.1% rise in earnings.

The Jersey-based group, which focuses on shopping centres and retail real estate in Central Europe, revealed NRI of €64.5m (£58m), while earnings nudged up to €80.9m from €80m at the same point last year.
