Palace Capital has sold 50 residential units to the London Borough of Barnet for £18.2m, which reflects 97% of homes’ book value.
The units are part of the 65 residential units that Palace acquired as part of the RT Warren (Investments) portfolio in October last year, of which three were sold in February for £1.25m. The 50 residential units produce a gross income of £620,000 a year.
