PRS developer Beech Holdings has paid £5.35m for a building overlooking the Tyne Bridge in Newcastle as part of an investment spree in the city.
The group plans to refurbish Cale Cross House into 250 co-living apartments, its first development in its planned expansion across regional UK cities.
