Bellway figures show strong recovery from Covid

Housebuilder Bellway has issued a positive trading update with figures recovering to pre-pandemic levels.

In an update for the period from 1 February to 6 June the group revealed an average of 239 sale reservations per week, compared to 158 per week a week earlier. The current level of sales is on a par with the 244 for the same period in 2019.
