Upmarket housebuilder Berkeley Group has said it “remains on track” to report an annual profit in line with expectations following “robust” trading in the four months to the end of February.
The housebuilder is on target to produce a pre-tax profit for the year to the end of April of around £500m, compared to £775m in the previous year.
