Birmingham’s Mailbox slumps in value

Mailbox REIT has revealed a sharp fall in the valuation of its Birmingham office-led asset.

A valuation by Avison Young showed the Mailbox was valued at £157m at the end of 2022, compared to £189.7m three months earlier.
