BMO Real Estate Partners has launched the second fund in its Best Value Europe series, Best Value Europe II (BVE II), following seed commitments from repeat investors.
This launch follows BMO’s initial acquisitions of two assets in Verona and Madrid for a total of €39m (£34m). The fund has also acquired a mixed-use office and retail scheme in Lisbon for €15.2m.
