British Land set to boost value of logistics portfolio to £1bn

British Land has paid £157m for three warehouses in Wembley, with completion expected by mid-February.

This latest acquisition follows acquisitions in Enfield to the north of London, Thurrock to the east and Finsbury Square in the city, and along with the group’s acquisition pipeline, brings the total gross development value of its urban logistics pipeline to over £1bn.
