Capco shares rise on Earls Court sale talks

Capital & Counties share price rose 5.42% on Monday to 268.40p after news broke that the company is in talks with CK Asset Holdings to sell Earls Court to the Hong Kong investor.

The talks come as Capco continues its preparations for a possible demerger which would separate its Covent Garden and Earls Court properties in separate listed entities.
