CapReg cuts back on capex as it collects only half of quarterly rents

Capital & Regional has collected 50% of second quarter rent from tenants as the Covid-19 health crisis impacts on the UK economy.

The group said the collection was some way below the 80% it would usually collect for the period, as only 23% of its tenants remain trading during the lockdown.
