CapReg improves rental collection deals as it enters 2021

Community shopping centre group Capital and Regional has improved its rent collection deals for 2021 as the UK emerges from the Covid pandemic.

In a trading statement following the end of the 2020 financial year on 31 December, the group told investors it had agreed formal payment plans for 91% of the rent billed, an improvement of 3% since it updated the market in November.
