CapReg makes non-exec board appointment

Capital & Regional has appointed Panico Theocharides to the group’s board as a non-executive director.

Theocharides replaces George Muchanya as one of Growthpoint’s nominees on the board. Panico has recently joined Growthpoint, a major investor in Capital & Regional, as head of investments.
