Stenprop has taken the latest step towards becoming London-listed by converting to a REIT and making a trio of new board appointments.
The conversion to a REIT and the appointment of executive property director Julian Carey, non-executive chairman Richard Grant and non-executive director Philip Holland to the board comes ahead a planned listing on the London Stock Exchange in June.
The company is seeking to move its listing on the BSX to the specialist fund segment of the London Stock Exchange. It will retain its primary listing on the JSE after the switch.
