Cass Business School to take over De Montfort Lending Report

Cass Business School is taking over the role of producing The UK Commercial Property Lending Report from De Montfort University ahead of a broadening of the scope of the research to cover European lending markets.

Started in 1997, the bi-annual report surveys data from over 80 lenders in the UK and is used in the Banks of England’s Financial Stability Review.
