CBRE EMEA revenue climbs 31% in Q1

CBRE’s EMEA revenue totalled $1.18bn for the first quarter of 2018 up 31% on the year before, driven by France, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Globally the group saw revenue rise 15% to $4.7bn in the first quarter, with fee revenue up 18% to £2.3bn.
