CBRE GI launches £300m long income fund

CBRE Global Investors has launched the CBRE UK Long Income Fund (CBRE GI LIF), which has been supported by clients of AON who have committed £300m of seed capital.

The firm said it created the fund in response to the high demand for low-risk, low-volatility, liability-matching cash flows from UK institutional investors.
