Social housing group Civitas has posted a 1.5% rise in net asset value (NAV) for the year to the end of March.
NAV per share stood at 107p, compared to 105p last year, while the group’s rent roll rocketed 61% to £45.7m, and net rental income was up 92% to £35.7m.
