CLS half-year NAV and profit rises

CLS Holdings

Property investment group CLS has posted a 5% rise in net asset value (NAV) for the six months to the end of June.

NAV per share came in at 325.3p, compared to 309.8p at the same point last year. The group also revealed a 6% in contracted rent to £116.2m for the half-year.
