CLS pays £19m for Staines office scheme

CLS Holdings has paid £19m to snap up an office block in Staines.

Twenty Kingston Road comprises 44,230 sq ft of multi-let office space, and is currently let to four tenants with a average lease term of 5.4 years to breaks and has a vacancy of 23%.
