Colliers International is in talks to buy French real estate consultancy AOS Group.
It is understood Colliers is close to finalising a deal to take control of the advisory firm, which is headquartered in a north west suburb of Paris.
According to its website, AOS has more than 600 clients in 20 countries, including an office in London’s Cheapside with 19 staff members.
AOS split from Studley after it was bought by Savills in June under the terms of that $260m takeover.
This year, Colliers has already acquired Briant Champion Long to boost its retail offering and West End office agency H2SO.
A spokeswoman said: “Colliers International does not comment on market rumour.
“We are in growth mode and we have been actively acquiring in key markets.”
