Comer Homes has secured a £45m loan from Investec Structured Property Finance for the development of the Royal Winchester House, in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Due for completion in 2020, conversion of the former site of the 3M headquarters into a private rented sector (PRS) block comprising of 311 studio, one, two and three bedroom has begun. The site will also provide retail outlets and resident car parking, next to a new market square.
