Countrywide and LSL in £470m merger talks

Countrywide and LSL Property Service are in talks over a possible £470m merger that would bring together the UK’s two largest estate agent groups.

In statements to the stock market this morning, both firms confirmed the talks regarding an “all share combination” adding the talk were ongoing.
