Unite Students has lost value on both its fund portfolios as the Covid-19 outbreak begins to have an impact on property landlords.
As of 31 March the Unite UK Student Accommodation Fund (USAF) portfolio was independently valued at just under £2,8bn, representing a like-for-like decrease of 2.2% during the quarter. The portfolio comprises 30,209 beds in 79 properties across 22 university towns and cities in the UK.
