Custodian REIT profit rises but NAV and dividend fall

Custodian REIT has been hit by a fall in net asset value during the pandemic-hit year to the end of March, but benefited from a rise in profit.

NAV per share dropped 3.9% to 97.6p, but pre-tax profit jumped 76.6% to £3.7m.
