Dexters increase revenue but profit dips due expansion costs

London estate agency Dexters has revealed a 3% rise in revenue during the year to the end of September 2022 following the acquisition of rival agency Marsh & Parsons.

The capital’s largest independent agent posted revenue of £147.1m for the year, but underlying profit fell from £40.6m in 2021 to £37m last year, which the group put down to investment and expansion costs.
