Dominvs agrees UK’s largest student digs forward funding deal

Dominvs Group has struck a £173.25m forward-funding deal with Scape for a new student residence in Hammersmith, west London.

Dominvs claims the funding is the largest deal of its kind ever in the UK and, at 713-beds, will be one of the largest student schemes to be developed in London.
