Online estate agent group OnTheMarket has revealed it had its busiest ever quarter after demand for homes surged following the end of the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.
The firm, which is majority-owned by agents, saw 80m visits to its website in the three months to the end of September, which converted in 5.9m leads, such as viewing requests or calls, to estate agents and housebuilders that list on the site.
