Ediston Property Investment Company has reported a 3.5% growth in its portfolio value on a like for like basis in its half-year results to 31 March, but saw share price total return fall 2.9%.
EPIC also reported a year-on-year rise in profit before tax to £8.17m from £6.9m at the same point last year.
