EMEA is star performer for CBRE in Q3

CBRE has reported another quarter of double-digit fee revenue growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Q3 2018 and posted an increase in profits in the region, after a decline in Q2.

On a local currency basis, fee revenue jumped 15% year-on-year for the second successive quarter while adjusted EBITDA also rose 10% for the period July to 30 September. In the previous quarter, adjusted EBITDA fell by 12%.

In EMEA, overall revenue rose 23% in local currency, with notable growth in Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK.
