Empric’s student digs reservations fall

Empiric Student Property has revealed lower forward bookings for it student accommodation as Covid-19 continues to hit the sector.

Current bookings for the next academic year stand at just 40%, but the group added bookings we gradually rising and that it expects reservations will speed up further as the Government lifts lockdown restrictions.
