EPRA NAV and revenue rise for PPHE Hotels

PPHE Hotel Group has announced its EPRA NAV figures for the first time, reporting a 0.8% increase over the past six months to £24.21 per share.

Alongside that, the international hospitality real estate company which has a £1.6bn portfolio reported a 5% increase in total revenue to £148.8m for the half-year period to 30 June, compared to £141.8m at the end of H1 2017.
