Returns on real estate assets across Europe bounced back in the final quarter of 2020, according to the latest INREV Pan-European Quarterly Asset Level Index.
The index revealed total returns hit 1.92%, compared with the 1.21% in the third quarter, while capital growth improved to 1% on a quarterly basis compared to 0.27%.
