Fennah appointed COO as Empiric issues trading update

Lynne Fennah Empiric

Empiric Student Property’s Lynne Fennah has been appointed chief operating officer in addition to her existing role as chief financial officer.

Fennah joined the student housing specialist last year shortly before founder and former chief executive Paul Hadaway was served notice by the company.

Tim Attlee remains acting chief executive officer and chief investment officer of the company.
