Blue Marble, the Birmingham asset management specialist with more than £100m assets under investment, has launched a commercial property investment fund aimed at high net worth individuals and professional investors.
Working alongside fund manager Infinity, the asset manager led by the one-time Lambert Smith Hampton equity director and head of Birmingham investment Ed Jones has launched the Blue Marble Property Fund. It will seek to raise £10m to invest in six to eight commercial properties across England and Wales.
