London estate agent Foxtons Group has revealed a 50% rise in revenue for the first nine months of its financial year, with both sales and letting benefitting by the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions.
Sales in the nine months to the end of September came in at £103.6m, compared £68.9m at the same point last year. The latest revenue figure was also 24% above the equivalent pre-pandemic sales of £83.5m in 2019.
