Freshwater bidco set to delist Daejan as it acquires remaining shares

A bid vehicle led by Freshwater Group has agreed to buy the 20.5% of Daejan Holdings it does not already control for £269.5m.

Dock Newco is a newly incorporated company formed by Centremanor and is part of the Freshwater Group.
