Israeli property investor Gazit-Globe has agreed the takeover of the Eastern Europe property group Atrium European Real Estate.
Gazit Hercules 2020, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gazit-Globe, has agreed to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Atrium that it does not already own for €3.63 (£3.06) per Atrium share.
