The boss of Helical has said the “hotelification” of the office sector is inevitable following the pandemic and the shifts in how people wish to work.
Presenting the group’s annual results, which showed pre-tax profit had more than halved to £20.5m, Gerald Kaye said investors such as BlackRock were moving the debate about the future of the office on.
