Challenger lender Glenhawk has claimed it is on target to loan £100m to developers by the end of the year after almost doubling its lending during the third quarter of the year.
The group agreed £24.6m of bridging loans in the three months to the end of September, an increase of £21.3m on the same quarter last year, reflecting its strongest period since launching at the start of 2018.
