GPE buys City of London block for £30m

Great Portland Estates (GPE) has agreed an off-market deal to buy the long leasehold interest of a vacant City of London office block for £30m.

The group has bought the 46,200 sq ft 6-10 St Andrew Street building, which has planning permission for a two-storey extension.
