St James’s Place UK has paid Great Portland Estates £38.5m to acquire 27-35 Mortimer Street, in London’s West End.
The deal on the mixed-use office and retail building reflects a net initial yield of 3.9% and the acquisition was made by Orchard Street Investment Management on behalf of St. James’s.
