GPR and Ropemaker sell City block for £181.5m

A joint venture between Great Portland Estates and Ropemaker Properties has sold 160 Old Street, in the City of London for £181.5m.

The Great Ropemaker Partnership (GRP) JV sold the office scheme to a fund advised by JP Morgan Global Alternatives, and the deal reflects a 5% premium to the March 2021 valuation.
