Grainger achieves record occupancy as rents continue to rise

Grainger, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord, has revealed its rents have risen 7.1% over the year so far and that more people than ever are living in its homes.

In the year to date, the group added that sales performance “remains resilient” as occupancy hit a record level of 98.7%.
