Grainger buys second Bristol PRS site and launches tenant app

The UK’s largest listed provider of private rental housing, Grainger, has bought its second private rented sector (PRS) scheme in Bristol.

The group has bought Millwrights Place, which is adjacent to its Hawkins & George scheme at Finzels Reach. The scheme is being acquired from Cubex Land, who also developed Hawkins & George. The 231 private rental homes at Millwrights Place creates a cluster of assets in Bristol city centre.
