Grainger, the UK’s largest listed provider of private rental housing, has said it is well-placed to ride the Covid-19 storm, but that leasing activity is due to slow during the health crisis.
The group said it expected to see lower rental growth in the second half, falling below 3%, due to lower turnover, with renewals a greater proportion than new lets as people defer moves during the outbreak.
