Green REIT posts NAV and profit rises in annual figures

Green REIT has posted an 8% rise in net asset value (NAV), and 11% rise in net profit for the year to 30 June.

Post tax profit hit €144.2m (£128m), from €129.8m last year, while NAV per share stood at €1.79. The group also revealed a 10% uplift in earnings per share to 20.8 cents, and a total return of 13.4%.
